We will have a house

We have a dock....

Now we have a BOAT! Ha Ha it's the remote control boat that Grandpa got for his birthday from Nathan. We are looking for a real boat too.

All work and no play isn't fair. These two boys helped get the dock in place. Grandpa come home tired and sore and dirty. He is working hard to make our place look nice. Grandma wants to get a slide out on the dock....fun

This was a lot of work. Thank you to Ricky and Joesph for your hard work.

My work here is done. The dock is in place.

Grandpa is tying a rope around the dock and the boat will pull it down river or down lake in this case.

This is Huck Fin coming down the river. He rode on the dock and the boat pulled it very slowly down river. The man that delivered the dock put it in the water at the marina and we took it from there to our place.

We almost have it to shore.

The dock is in and Grandpa is tying it up to a tree for now.

It was fun to watch the kids ski and they did a great job. Someday that will be Chase and Troy and Brandon out there!

To coin a phrase...This is the Place. It is fun to see the progress. It seems a little more real now.

These are the going down stairs. they aren't done yet, that first step right now is a killer!

Grandpa is on the roof where they will build a room over the garage. That is where Grandma will store her Christmas decorations and so forth.

The roof is going up! Here we go.

The roof of the house is getting started. You can see the ceiling of the family room getting down too. It will be a 14 foot ceiling?????????
