Troy doing a Karate pose? I think

Cute little Jordan

The kids had made us pictures that i brought home and put on my refrigerator. I love getting pictures from them.

Do you think the grass needs cutting? We came home from vacation to this.

My knock out roses look great, we are starting to get some color around the house.

The garden grew nicely, i will be planting the other sections now that i am home.

Mother's day and I had Heather and Brittany with me and enjoyed calls from the kids. We made cheese cake for Brittany and a cookie cake for Heather and strawberry pie for me! We all had our favorites! It was a nice day.

On our friends boat with the kids and our friends from church. We just took a stroll down the lake and showed them the surroundings.

Reagan liked to sit with Papa and drive the boat

Reagan got "thrown" in and tried to grab the side of the boat. She came up out of the water with really big eys and asked if she could do it again.

This was our morning retual, Reagan came running down the hall and in bed with us. She would watch Dora,Diego or the bubble guppies and have milk and cereal.

Fun on the deck! We set up a pool for Reagan to play in so we could watch her through the window. She loved it. She was in it every day. Here she is spraying mom with the hose. That is fun too.

Grandpa bought a canoe, and loves it! They took Reagan for a ride. She had a little plastic ore that she used for the adventure.

Reagan and Mom on a short slow ride, but she loved it!

Getting ready to go home to Daddy. Saying good bye is hard. Heather is very brave to be making the trip by herself! She is quite the little woman.

Good bye Reagan we will miss you!!!! You are loved!

Look between the wood posts, see the crane? We often have beautiful nature moments out here at the lake.

This is out Larry's office window. He feeds the birds! We have flocks of finches out there! cute

This is our Reagan picture that she mailed to us. Grandma loves pictures from her grand kids!

This is our tree planting experiences. Larry does the work and I water them. We planted 10 fruit trees. then we found out we needed a few more for cross pollination. So now we will plant some more. We recently picked up a fig tree that we need to plant too. It is fun. We live in a forest so it was tricky finding sunny areas, that didn't block the view!

Just wanted you all to know that we still need a fire now and then to keep things comfortable and fun. We love to have a fire and watch T.V.

Life out in the middle of nowhere requires some serious shopping trips into town! I take a cooler for the meats and so forth, laundry baskets for groceries. It didn't help out that the trunk is broken!!!! We can't access the trunk. So every inch was covered in that car.

oops.....sorry about that with the double pictures.

Another angle of the car, check out the bushes.

This is what we did with the bushes. We did some planting last night.

We planted some tomato plants too. We will move them to the lower deck when they are bigger. We will keep them on the deck so that the deer won't bother them, i don't know about the wild turkeys.

We also planted some bushes, they look like sticks. 2 of them are the small purple flowers that bloom in early spring then they turn green. It will add some color.

Just wanted to show you that the lake is rising. We are getting ready for a full lake and some water fun!

We love to feed the birds. We also have 2 feeders out in front too.

Flat "Brandon" came to visit! This is a project for Brandon's class. So Dad and I went to our local Dam, which makes electricity for our town. We also took flat Brandon to our house and took a picture of our lake. I wish we could have really had our sweet Brandon here with us, but we did enjoy doing the project for him.We have flat "Brandon" in our hands. Check it out!

Last night we were at the Pine wood derby. I was in charge of it again this year. Larry was a big help with the race. So note the cute desserts! They are Twinkies and Oreos!

Going back a month ago,,,we got to have the Park children over while their parents went to a wedding in Georgia. Larry and I love these kids. We have tried for a year to make friends with Caroline who is very shy. We are now FRIENDS. It is fun. Larry was gone some of the day doing the concessions at the Clemson basketball game. We had the Park family over for dinner the night before and played games too.

This is Julia and Caydon playing Blockus. We did several games of that.

We went to Kentucky a couple of weeks ago. And this is one of the reasons why..our sweet little Reagan. We have so much with her.

Reagan loves to keep track of her "PaPa" Larry left to go to Baltimore for a few days and broke Reagan's heart. She wanted to fly in an airplane too with Papa.

Larry and I drove the truck up and took this piece of furniture to Heather and Jerrel. It looks great in their living room. Our good friends the Elders that have a lake house here gave it to them. Heather keeps her computer and writing table in it. We also brought them a corner piece that I used to have in my kitchen, Heather is going to paint it and put it in her dinning room.

We got back on Sat and on Sunday we got a fun phone call and Laura Williams called and was coming through town! Yeah. We talked her into staying over night and we had a great visit.

This is our fridge picture from Jordon! Isn't it pretty. We love getting things from our Grandchildren Thank you Jordon. We love you.
