Another project is almost done. Larry put up the last cupboard in the laundry room. It is nice to have a lot of storage! He will put the trim that goes on it soon and secure the small end counter top to the wall. The granite is just setting on top of the counter. In the picture behind the washer and dryer looks blue but it is green.

This is my Christmas present installed! After at least 5 trips to Lowe's and several towels and so on it works! We now have hot water on demand. For those that have been to visit here they will appreciate this. We have a tank-less water heater which means once the water gets hot it is endless. However when doing dishes, by hand, you were done before the hot water would come. It's great in the bathrooms to have instant hot water. The little tank in the picture is a small water heater that keeps the pipes full of hot water.

This is proof that MIRACLES exists today! We got not only one car in our new garage but....

Two cars....yes we still have some organizing to do put it is impressive to have not only two cars but.....

Three cars in our garage! Some of you might be asking about the third car. We are car sitting. So as you can guess we are loving the garage. We are still working on getting things down stairs and that will free up space too. Larry is a happy man!

We had a wonderful weekend. sunday afternoon we had several people to dinner and some of them were Matt and Vivi and family. The Morrisons, Grandma too, came and spent the night. We played games and talked, it was great. This picture is of Ellie Belly setting the table for breakfast.

David, Matt and Larry used scrape boards to build a fish tank base. They had to make it then dissemble it for getting it home in the car. The girls made cookies and sent them down to the hard working mem!

Matt wouldn't go for it, but Elli and I had cookie dough, yum,

We were around our kitchen table a lot. We were either talking, eating or playing games. Grandma did quit well for having a language beerier.




We were out side and saw this paw print in the ice, there were others too. We think they were turkeys. Let's hope it is safe to have small children on the porch from time to time.

We had company on our doorstep Wednesday and it was freezing. It would puff up and hide his head and would not fly away when Larry got close. Larry came inside with the bird and we but it in a big box with a towel and some food.


We put it in the squirrel trap. We fed it and kept it warm.


It was fun to see it move around. By morning it was feeling trapped so Larry open the cage and he ran out. We love the birds and they have loved the food especially with the snow.

This is how I dressed for today, do you like my Santa boots! This is Jan 10th and we have SNOW! It is beautiful, I dressed for winter, just so I could take pictures. This looks like Utah!

This is the 12 foot covered back porch. Even the pillows on the wicker chairs is covered.

It is so pretty but we have an ice storm coming too! Freezing Rain! It's hot chocolate and build a fire weather. Maybe a movie too.
